After the storms of yesterday afternoon and evening, Saturday is just drizzly rain. It isn't just the wet either, it's raining Grackles and Catalpa Flowers. I don't know where all these Grackles came from but they're taking over the feeder and the Starlings and Blue Jays can hardly get a look in. The Catbirds slipped in occasionally and the Blue Jays just seemed intimidated by the horde of squawky Grackles. I was hoping for the Red-headed but got the Red-bellied instead.
